Hi, I’m Avni.
Sustainable care is possible. It just requires honesty about what’s actually creating the problem.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker who spent over 15 years inside child welfare and mental health systems, the exact environments where burnout isn’t theoretical. It’s the daily reality of the people I worked alongside.
I know what it costs to care deeply in a system that rewards over-functioning. I’ve navigated it professionally. I’ve lived it personally. And I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations and professionals interrupt the patterns that quietly create breakdown before breakdown becomes the only option.
My work isn’t motivational. It’s clinical, systems-level, and built for the real conditions helping professionals actually face; 12-hour shifts, back-to-back sessions, impossible caseloads, and moral distress that never shows up in performance reviews.
As an immigrant eldest daughter who learned caretaking as survival, I bring cultural fluency most burnout conversations skip entirely.
